Missed Messages is a Visual Novel-like indie game by Angela He where your choices of words and actions you decide to take determine the ending of the game.
Recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing experience that is also able to portray difficulties related to depressive issues, accompanying the characters towards a bright ending.
As always, Angela He does not disappoint. Loved playing it and recording it, had me crying. The art work you get if you pay more than 5 dollars is well worth it as well!
This game is one of my favorite games ever. My ex-girlfriend and I very ironically looked like the main protagonists, and I played this when I was with her, so it felt like something to relate to. 10/10 would and will play again
This is such a beautiful game. I remember Jacksepticeye's playthrough from years ago after seeing this pop up in my on itch.io and was about to watch it again but decided to play it for myself, and I'm glad I did. At first, I got the missed ending and felt terrible. Somehow after just a minute or two of interacting with Maymay, I fell in love with the character. And on my second playthrough, I got the Hope Ending.
I felt like I had to save her, and as we continued to talk I felt myself beginning to relate to her and what she was going through more and more. Then when I went into the bathroom and saw her there I began crying, cause I've been there, but those tears turned to tears of joy after I hugged her.
Needless to say, I don't really want to see the other endings, it's perfect the way I left off. This is definitely my favorite game now. This is the most that I've become attached to a game before, I even made the Hope ending my wallpaper. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful game. Overall I am extremely grateful for this experience.
It was so sweet. At first i went with the goth girl and then i went out with friends and since it didnt help, i decided to ignore the messages and put May first. I got the survivor ending. :) its a beautiful game.
I've played a few of Angela's games before, namely You Left Me. I went into this prepared for something heavy and still managed to be shocked. The beauty of the characters and how real they feel, the sudden turn of the story, it's all so magnificent. I'm glad there are still game devs out there such as Angela.
NOW I CREATED THE ACCOUNT FOR THIS, AND ALL I WILL SAY IS I WATCHED A GAMEPLAY OF THIS AND IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE GAME SINCE, FOR LIKE 2 YEARS. SO I'M SO HAPPY I FINALLY FOUND IT
i got every single ending on this game on steam and i think the artist is really cute but its also really sad. i was like this before, i didn't really have anybody to talk too so this makes me imagine and feel a lot more. i love this so much god bless the creator with all my soul.
also, your games are all the comfort games i can imagine.
- LOVED that you have added multiple endings. really makes you want to play more.
- the art style is quite unique and fitting to the story and how its interpreted.
- really f*ckin sad. but also happy at the same time??
- It definitely has room for improvement, but on my end atleast that just makes it better!
- I definitely haven't had this type of experience before, but from my pov. I can tell that these types of games are hard to create, especially if the developer has their own story to tell that circles around this type of thing.

I loved this story so much. I started crying because when I was at my worst I kind of wanted someone to be there and take me seriously and to maybe listen to me. I wanted to talk to them and tell them that I was not okay. Ultimately, no one was really there. I was depressed for almost half a year. Playing this game made me feel happy for the girl and how much easier it could have been for me if I had someone.
After playing this game, I realised how much of a difference a friend could make in a person's life. I hope every person has a friend who supports through it all and helps them become a better person as a whole :)
Un juego que tocó un tema muy sensible para mí, ya que creo que todos los días me encuentro en esa situación con la persona que más amo en mi vida, se sintió tan realista que no pude evitar llorar bastante, quiero obtener el final "Hope" con mi persona querida, quiero que sea feliz. Gracias por hacer este juego, la verdad me ayudó mucho a descubrir formas de ayudarla y también entender un poco más cómo se siente:( es el mejor juego de la vida, sigue haciendo este tipo de juegos, en serio, gracias.
I recommend this game to everyone, the art is one of my favourite's in a videogame and even if it's short it's worth the time like all the games from her. 10/10

This game is both beautifully and scarily real.
This made me so sad, i love the art style, and i love how realistic it is, this is definitley in my top3 best games.
