ONE OF THE BEST GAMES I HAVE PLAYED THIS GAME JUST BLEW ME AWAY DEV YOU KILLED IT DEV IF YOU SEE THIS AND WANT SOMEONE TO HAPPILY PLAY YOUR GAMES PLEASE HIT ME UP
This is a very good game that show what happens when you lose someone or what can happen. I think that if someone is experiencing this there should be someone for the which there was no one there for her . Anyway this game is very good!!!!
The art is beautiful, ridiculously good I think it off hand is one of the best examples of art in a video game and for a small that is very very impressive. I wish the decisions were a bit harder to make, I felt it was super easy to get the good ending and in way that doesn't really make me want to explore further but I did anyways. I wasn't overly compelled by the narrative, it kind of felt abrupt, I don't feel like I know the character, kind of felt like it was intentionally left vague enough to connect with your target demographic, which is fine, To me it felt like the story lacked context, On later playthroughs my decisions were based around which I think I would get cooler art from than any connection to the narrative. I suppose it's also kind of left vauge enough to connect to your audience but I just didn't feel like there was a lot of meat to it. I also felt like the music was a bit much, it's very scenic and peaceful and I like what you're going for but for my taste it was a bit distracting.
You really have something with the art though, it's amazing without exaggeration some of the best art I've seen in any game, the style, everything it was fantastic. I played "missed messages" and without seeing who authored this immediately recognized it, which it can pay to have a recognizable style. But the way you incorporate art into the narrative has improved a lot from then, I'm looking forward to seeing more from you!
This game gave me the feels😔 I haven't gone through what the woman did but when the time comes (because it will, death is inevitable) I hope that I can continue on living like she did ❤️🩹
I'm disappointed at the severe underrepresentation of POC in this game. POC, or marginalized communities in general, are disproportionately affected by mental illness, so to see them not represented sufficiently felt kind of hurtful. I hope the next time you tackle these mental health issues in a game, you make sure to properly represent those it affects the most disproportionately.
the main character is most likely asian as angela is also asian and i see her use asian characters mostly in her games. this is such an annoying thing to say because why would she show experiences she would probably not even know about?? idk this doesnt make as much sense as you want it to
Played a while ago, just hadn't had time to comment on it. I did enjoy the game. of course it has a heavy message as her other games too. but it's so hard not to love the message and art <3
